Every wedding company in Tamil Nadu we surveyed hides its prices behind a contact form. Here are ours. They are starting points for the scope described, not teasers designed to get you on a call.
Wedding services in Tamil Nadu start at roughly ₹18,000 for an emcee, ₹25,000 for a DJ with sound and lighting, ₹45,000 a day for photography with two shooters, ₹15,000 per entertainment stall, ₹120 per guest for return gifts, and ₹450 per corporate gift hamper. Full-day packages start at ₹1,45,000.

Honest variables
What moves the number.
These are the five things that change a quote. We would rather you knew them before you asked than discovered them afterwards.
Guest count
Drives sound system size, return gift quantity and stall staffing. A 1,200-guest Madurai wedding and a 200-guest Chettinad wedding are different jobs at the same headline service.
Number of functions
Booking muhurtham and reception together is materially cheaper than booking them as two events, because the team is already briefed, already on site and already knows your families.
Travel distance
No travel charge within 100 km of Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai or Trichy. Beyond that we bill actual travel and accommodation at cost, with receipts — never a marked-up flat fee.
Date
Peak muhurtham dates concentrate a huge share of Tamil Nadu weddings into a few days. On those dates availability, not price, is usually the binding constraint. Book three to four months out.
Venue restrictions
Hotels that bar outside sound vendors, heritage properties that forbid rigging, and venues with weak power all change what we have to bring. We ask about this before quoting, not after.
Payment
How the money works.
Because you should be able to plan a budget without handing your phone number to six companies first. Published starting rates also filter out enquiries we cannot serve well, which saves everyone time. The figures on the site are real starting points, not teasers.
The published figure is the real price for the stated scope — for example, ₹18,000 covers one emcee, one function, up to four hours, within 100 km of a base city. Price rises with more functions, longer hours, larger guest counts or travel beyond that radius.
Not within 100 km of Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai or Trichy. Beyond that, travel and accommodation are billed at actual cost with receipts attached to the invoice, rather than as a marked-up flat fee.
Typically 30% to confirm the date, 40% two weeks before the event, and the balance on completion. Corporate gifting orders follow a different schedule tied to production. Exact terms are stated in your written quote before you pay anything.
Published prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate and shown separately on the invoice. Corporate clients receive a full GST invoice with correct HSN codes for every line.
