Booking INAI
INAI Event Management is a Tamil Nadu wedding entertainment company supplying six services as one coordinated team: emcees, photography, DJ and sound, return gifts, guest entertainment stalls, and corporate event gifting. The company works across Tamil Nadu from bases in Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai and Trichy.
All of Tamil Nadu. INAI operates from four bases — Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai and Trichy — with no travel charge within 100 km of any of them. That covers Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Thanjavur, Vellore, Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi and Karaikudi among others.
Three to four months for a peak muhurtham date, and six to eight weeks otherwise. Tamil Nadu concentrates weddings onto a small number of auspicious dates, so on those dates availability rather than price is what limits your options.
Yes. All six services are available individually at the published starting rates. Booking several together is 15–25% cheaper, because one team briefed once covers multiple functions without duplicated travel, setup and coordination.
Yes. Corporate events, conferences, product launches, milestone birthdays and temple functions all use the same services. Corporate and event gifting in particular runs year-round and independently of the wedding calendar.
The booking advance is non-refundable, as the date is held exclusively for you and turned away from others. Cancellations more than 60 days out can usually be transferred to a new date within 12 months at no charge. Full terms come with your written quote.

Pricing and payment
Because you should be able to plan a budget without handing your phone number to six companies first. Published starting rates also filter out enquiries we cannot serve well, which saves everyone time. The figures on the site are real starting points, not teasers.
The published figure is the real price for the stated scope — for example, ₹18,000 covers one emcee, one function, up to four hours, within 100 km of a base city. Price rises with more functions, longer hours, larger guest counts or travel beyond that radius.
Not within 100 km of Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai or Trichy. Beyond that, travel and accommodation are billed at actual cost with receipts attached to the invoice, rather than as a marked-up flat fee.
Typically 30% to confirm the date, 40% two weeks before the event, and the balance on completion. Corporate gifting orders follow a different schedule tied to production. Exact terms are stated in your written quote before you pay anything.
Published prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate and shown separately on the invoice. Corporate clients receive a full GST invoice with correct HSN codes for every line.

On the day
A named coordinator, confirmed in writing before the day, who is physically on site and owns the running order. You are never asked to relay messages between vendors yourself, which is the most common complaint families have about multi-vendor weddings.
Every booking has a named backup identified in advance. Because INAI works as a team rather than as individual freelancers, a replacement is already briefed on your run-sheet rather than arriving cold on the morning.
Indian weddings overrun, and the run-sheet carries buffer for it. The team stays through reasonable overrun. Overtime past the booked window is charged hourly at a rate agreed in writing beforehand, never negotiated on the night in front of guests.
Yes, routinely. We share the production schedule with your decorator, caterer, priest and anyone else you have booked, and coordinate directly with them. Coordination between vendors is where most wedding-day problems begin.
Yes. All INAI emcees host bilingually and switch between Tamil and English to suit the room. At a typical Tamil Nadu wedding elders follow Tamil while younger and outstation guests follow English, so both are needed through the evening.
