For the two hours your guests are just waiting.
Wedding Entertainment Stalls
Every Indian wedding has dead time — after the meal, before the muhurtham, during the photo queue. Stalls turn that waiting into the part people photograph and post.
Wedding entertainment stalls are staffed activity counters that guests visit during the long gaps in an Indian wedding — live caricature, temporary tattoos, photo booths, magic, nail art, mehendi. INAI supplies them from ₹15,000 per stall in Tamil Nadu, fully staffed, stocked and styled to match your decor.
What you get
Included in the price.
- A trained artist or host for the full four hours, not a self-service table
- All consumables — paper, ink, props, transfers, cones, polish
- A counter styled to your wedding palette, not a bare folding table
- Signage explaining the stall so guests actually approach it
- Setup an hour before guests and full clearing afterward
- Everything guests make is theirs to take home
- Placement advice — where a stall works and where it will sit empty
Not included — so there are no surprises
- Power supply and covered space, which the venue must provide
- Extra hours past four, charged per hour per stall
- Bespoke themed builds, which are quoted individually
Choose your stalls
What we can put on the floor.
Book three or four. Not six — guests spread thin and every counter photographs empty.
Live caricature
An artist sketches guests in three minutes. Consistently the highest-traffic stall at Indian weddings.
from ₹18,000Temporary tattoo bar
Skin-safe freehand and stencil work. Popular with cousins and younger guests.
from ₹15,000Photo booth
Props, backdrop, instant prints guests carry home — and one copy left for your album.
from ₹22,000Close-up magic
A magician working table to table rather than a stage set. Excellent during seated meals.
from ₹20,000Nail art bar
Quick express sets for guests. Draws a steady queue through the afternoon.
from ₹16,000Mehendi counter
Express designs for guests who are not part of the main mehendi function.
from ₹15,000Name-in-Tamil calligraphy
Guests take home their name written in Tamil script on handmade paper. A quiet favourite with elders.
from ₹15,000Filter coffee counter
A live degree-coffee counter. Unfailingly the most popular stall with the older half of the room.
from ₹18,000How it works
From first call to the day itself.
Match
We pick stalls to your guest mix. A tattoo bar at a 70-elder muhurtham will sit empty.
Place
We map where stalls go so they catch footfall rather than hide behind the buffet.
Style
Counters are dressed in your wedding palette so they photograph as part of the decor.
Run
Staffed for four hours, stocked throughout, cleared without you noticing.
The difference
What makes this different from the quote next to ours.
This is the service almost no Tamil Nadu wedding company sells properly — most treat it as an afterthought bolted onto decor.
We advise you to book fewer stalls than you ask for. Three good ones beat six empty ones.
Stalls are styled to your palette, so they read as decor in your photographs rather than as rented equipment.
Questions
Entertainment Stalls, answered.
Three to four per function. Beyond that, guests spread thin and every stall looks empty in photographs. We would rather sell you three stalls with queues than six standing idle, and we will say so when you ask for more.
Between ₹15,000 and ₹22,000 per stall for four staffed hours in Tamil Nadu, including all materials and a styled counter. Photo booths sit at the upper end because of the printing hardware; mehendi and tattoo counters at the lower end.
Live caricature and a filter coffee counter, reliably. Caricature draws the young crowd and gives them something to carry home; a live degree-coffee counter draws the elders who would otherwise sit through the whole reception unentertained.
During the recognised dead time — after the meal, while the photo queue moves, and in the gap before the muhurtham. Stalls running during the actual ceremony compete with it and simply annoy the family.
Power and a covered spot, both of which your venue supplies. We bring the counter, the artist, the materials and the signage. Confirm the power point location with the venue in advance so setup does not run into cabling problems.
