Wedding Event Management in Chennai
Chennai weddings split cleanly in two. A morning muhurtham at a Mylapore or T. Nagar kalyana mandapam, run tightly to the priest's clock, and then an evening reception at a hotel or an ECR resort that looks nothing like it. Guest counts are large, outstation relatives are common, and traffic dictates everything.
INAI Event Management provides wedding emcees, photography, DJ and sound, return gifts, entertainment stalls and event gifting in Chennai (Madras), Tamil Nadu. Chennai is one of INAI's four base cities, so no travel charge applies. Published starting prices run from ₹120 per guest for return gifts to ₹45,000 a day for photography.

What is different about a Chennai wedding
- ECR and OMR venues need vendors on site well before guests — the coast road slows to a crawl on Friday evenings and on every long weekend.
- Many Mylapore and Triplicane mandapams have strict morning slot handovers, so a muhurtham that overruns pushes the next family out. The run-sheet has to hold.
- Hotel ballrooms frequently bar outside sound and lighting vendors or charge an entry fee. Confirm this before booking us, and we will quote either way.
- Chennai has the strictest practical enforcement of the 10pm loudspeaker cut-off in residential zones of any city we work in.

Traditional kalyana mandapams around Mylapore, T. Nagar and West Mambalam; Five-star hotel ballrooms along the OMR and Guindy corridors; Beach resorts on the East Coast Road towards Mahabalipuram. We ask about venue restrictions — outside-vendor fees, rigging limits, power supply and sound cut-off times — before quoting rather than after.
