Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-09-13. These terms summarise how we work. Your written quote is the binding agreement and takes precedence over anything here.

Prices

Prices published on this website are starting prices for the scope described on each service page, exclusive of GST. Your quote states the final price for your specific event. Published prices may change; a price quoted to you in writing is held for 30 days.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed when the advance is received. Typical terms are 30% to confirm, 40% two weeks before the event and the balance on completion. Corporate gifting follows a schedule tied to production and is stated in your quote.

Cancellation

The booking advance is non-refundable, because the date is held exclusively for you and declined to others. Cancellations more than 60 days before the event can usually be transferred to a new date within 12 months at no additional charge.

Overtime

Events frequently overrun and our schedules carry buffer for it. Time beyond the booked window is charged hourly at the rate stated in your quote.

Travel

No travel charge applies within 100 km of Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai or Tiruchirappalli. Beyond that, travel and accommodation are billed at actual cost with receipts attached to the invoice.

What we need from you

Access to the venue at the agreed setup time, adequate power and covered space where the service requires it, and any venue restrictions disclosed to us before the event. Where a venue withholds access or power, we will do everything we can, but we cannot guarantee a service we are prevented from setting up.

Photographs and files

Edited images are delivered within 21 days and film within 45 days of the event, as stated in your agreement. Your RAW files are handed over to you. We may use images from your event in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing that you would rather we did not — just ask, and we will not.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service. We are not liable for failures caused by venue restrictions, power supply outside our control, weather, government restriction or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law and the courts of Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
