What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the name, phone number, email address, event city, date, guest count and any notes you choose to give us. We collect nothing else, and we do not require an account.

What we use it for

Answering your enquiry and, if you book, delivering your event. That is the whole list. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with other vendors unless you ask us to coordinate with a vendor you have hired, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 24 months. Booking records are kept for seven years, as Indian tax law requires.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled on this site they record aggregate page views and traffic sources. They do not identify you personally and are not linked to your enquiry.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing egnitha@inaievents.in. We will act within 30 days.
