Inai Event Management is a Chennai-based wedding and event company serving all of Tamil Nadu. We provide six services — emcee and anchoring, wedding photography and film, DJ and sound, return gifts, wedding entertainment stalls, and event and corporate gifting — delivered by one team working from a single written run of show.

Inai is an acronym for the four things the company is built on: I for Ideas, N for Novelty, A for Artistry and I for Impression. In Tamil, inai also carries the sense of joining or pairing, which is the appropriate word for a wedding company.

Chennai is our base. We also serve Coimbatore, Madurai, Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Salem, Tirunelveli, Erode, Vellore, Thanjavur and Tiruppur, and the districts around each. Travel and stay for the crew are quoted as visible line items rather than hidden inside a package price.

No. Any single service can be booked on its own. The advantage of combining them is coordination — when the emcee, DJ and photography team are all ours, the run of show is one internal document rather than a negotiation between strangers.

Because a published package price is almost always wrong for the wedding in front of us, and families end up paying for scope they do not need or discovering exclusions late. We quote line by line against your programme, so you can see what each element costs and remove what you do not want.

For peak Tamil muhurtham windows, eight to twelve weeks for emcee, photography and DJ, and four to six weeks for personalised return gifts and branded corporate gifting. Off-peak dates can often be confirmed considerably later.

A run of show is a written, timed schedule of the event: every ritual, every announcement, every cue, who is responsible and what happens immediately before and after. At a Tamil wedding it is what prevents the two commonest failures — the silent gap and the unexplained wait. Inai shares it with the venue and every vendor 72 hours before the function.

No, and deliberately. Inai runs the celebration layer — the six services that shape what guests actually experience. We coordinate closely with your venue, decorator and caterer, but we do not pretend to be a full wedding planner, because doing six things properly beats doing twelve adequately.

Yes, and we frequently expect to. Our run of show is designed to slot into a planner's master schedule, and a planner generally welcomes six vendors arriving as one accountable team.

Yes. Product launches, inaugurations, annual days, award nights, dealer meets and conferences — emcee, AV and sound, photography, entertainment counters and delegate gifting. Corporate gifting runs year-round, including Diwali and Pongal programmes.

Yes. Tamil–English bilingual hosting is our default for Tamil Nadu, with the blend calibrated to your guest list rather than applied as a fixed formula.

Yes, and it goes into the contract. It is honoured regardless of who asks otherwise at the console during the event.

From your actual guest list, broken down by function and by household where that is your family's custom, plus a defined buffer — not from the invitation count, which is the standard way families end up both short and oversupplied at the same wedding.

It is a throughput question, not a guest-count question. A caricature artist handles roughly one guest every four to six minutes; a photo booth cycles a group every two to three. We size the counter count against your arrival curve and floor plan so the queue stays short at the peak.

Yes, against a counted handover sheet signed by your family's nominee, normally the evening before the function rather than the morning of it.

Yes, where the venue and local rules permit. Several Chennai venues near the airport corridor and some temple premises restrict drone flight, and we confirm this with the venue before it appears in your quote.

The delivery timeline is fixed in your contract at booking rather than left as an expectation. A teaser typically arrives within days, with edited stills, the full film and album proofs on the contracted dates.

Inai Event Management was established in 2026 in Chennai. The company is new; the operating discipline behind it is not. We would rather say that plainly than claim a history we do not have.

You call one number. Because the six services are delivered by one team under one contract, there is one person accountable for the fix rather than six vendors explaining that the problem belongs to someone else.

Travel and stay for the crew are quoted as separate visible line items for cities outside Chennai. You see exactly what the travel costs rather than finding it absorbed into an inflated service fee.

Yes. Outstation and NRI families are a large part of Tamil Nadu wedding guest lists, and they drive specific needs — guest-room welcome gifting, bilingual hosting that explains rituals to guests who have not grown up with them, and film edits made to be watched abroad.
